The Australian operation employs hundreds of staff across Sydney, Townsville, and Manchester (UK), with Sydney hosting the largest engineering, product, design, and revenue groups. SafetyCulture runs a hybrid work model that expects most non-engineering hub-city roles in the office two to three days per week.
The company is privately held and has raised venture capital at valuations above A$2.7 billion. Open Australian roles span software engineering, product management, data, design, customer-facing operations, finance, and people teams.
