Repco is Australia's largest retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts, accessories, tools, and equipment, serving both trade workshops and retail customers. Founded in 1922 — its name comes from "Replacement Parts Company" — it is owned by GPC Asia Pacific, part of the US-listed Genuine Parts Company. Repco runs more than 400 stores across Australia and New Zealand, backed by distribution centres that supply both its stores and independent mechanics.

Most jobs are in stores: retail and trade parts interpreters who identify the right parts for customers and mechanics, customer-service and counter staff, drivers who deliver to workshops, and store leadership from 2ICs to store managers.

Behind the stores sit distribution-centre and warehouse roles and GPC Asia Pacific's support office, which covers merchandising and category management, supply chain, technology, marketing, finance, and people functions. Repco also runs apprenticeship and trainee parts-interpreter pathways. Applications are handled through the Repco and GPC Asia Pacific careers sites; CareerTrees links through to those official listings.
