About Inghams
What Inghams does, its mission and values, and what it's like to work there in Australia.
Inghams (Inghams Group, ASX: ING) is Australia's largest poultry producer, supplying chicken and turkey to supermarkets, quick-service restaurants, food-service distributors, and wholesalers. Founded in 1918 and headquartered in Sydney, it runs a vertically integrated operation — breeding farms, hatcheries, feed mills, broiler farms, and processing and further-processing plants — across most states, and employs around 8,200 people.
Most jobs are in operations: processing and production roles on poultry-processing and further-processing lines, farm and hatchery roles, feed-mill operators, trades and maintenance, and warehouse, logistics, and transport positions, many in regional areas. Quality, food-safety, and laboratory roles support the plants.
Office and commercial roles cover sales and account management, supply-chain planning, finance, technology, engineering, and people functions. Inghams runs traineeship and graduate pathways. Applications are handled through the Inghams careers site; CareerTrees links through to those official listings.
