Founded in 2011 by Didier Elzinga, Doug English, Jon Williams, and Rod Hamilton, it now serves more than 6,500 customers across 30+ countries.
The company maintains its global headquarters in Melbourne, with additional offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. Australian roles are concentrated in Melbourne and cover engineering, product, design, research, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations. Culture Amp publishes a "Camper-first" hybrid work model that lets most roles choose how often they come into a hub office.
Culture Amp is privately held and has raised more than US$280 million in venture funding. Open Australian roles regularly include software engineering across full-stack, mobile, and platform; product management; UX research; and people-science consulting for the customer base.
