We are offering an exciting opportunity for Electronics Technicians to become a part of our Crown Melbourne team. In this unique position, you will work closely with colleagues to respond to any service requests relating to electronic gaming machines, table games, and other technologies.

You will be responsible for identifying technical issues and performing service repairs, as well as installing and commissioning new equipment and performing software upgrades as necessary. A practical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Experience in a technical environment, electrical/electronics trade certificate, and fault finding experience are preferred. A 24/7 rotational roster is required.

The Credit Assistant role is responsible for providing support to Credit Control in managing accounts receivable. This includes processing account settlements, reconciling payments, managing account inquiries, and providing financial support for monthly accounts and reporting. Other responsibilities include the allocation and updating of FDC/Opera deposits/payment, raising and collecting Corp AR invoices, and managing frequent flyer programs.

The Credit Assistant will also prepare and distribute Hotel accommodation and Crown Conference Centre invoices, conduct guest account reconciliations and settlements, and maintain account documentation. Strong customer service experience, knowledge of OPERA Property Management System, and advanced computer skills are required.
