The Good Guys is an Australian retailer of home appliances and consumer electronics — kitchen and laundry appliances, televisions, audio, computers, and small appliances. Founded in 1952, it has since 2016 been owned by the ASX-listed JB Hi-Fi Group (ASX: JBH) and operates around 100 stores nationwide, supported by a large online business and a commercial arm serving builders and businesses.
Most jobs are in stores: sales consultants across appliances and technology, customer-service and point-of-sale staff, warehouse and delivery coordination, and online order fulfilment. Store leadership runs from department supervisors and 2ICs to store managers.
