Super Retail Group (ASX: SUL) is one of Australia's largest specialty retailers, headquartered in Brisbane. It owns and operates four store brands: Supercheap Auto (car parts and accessories), Rebel (sporting goods), BCF — Boating, Camping, Fishing — and the outdoor-adventure brand Macpac. Across these brands it runs a network of roughly 700 stores in Australia and New Zealand and reports around 15,900 team members.
Most jobs sit within the individual brands at store level — retail sales, customer service, point-of-sale, and stock roles — stepping up through 2IC and store-manager positions. The group also runs distribution centres and an online operation for each brand, adding warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce roles.
Group and shared-service roles are based largely at the Brisbane support office and cover merchandise and buying, technology and digital, supply chain, marketing, property, finance, and people functions that serve all four brands. Store roles are generally covered by the General Retail Industry Award and the group's enterprise agreement.
