About PepsiCo
What PepsiCo does, its mission and values, and what it's like to work there in Australia.
PepsiCo is a global food and beverage company whose Australian arm makes and sells a range of well-known snack and drink brands — including the Smith's, Doritos, Red Rock Deli, Twisties, and Sunbites snack ranges and beverages such as Gatorade. PepsiCo's Australian and New Zealand business is headquartered in Sydney and runs manufacturing sites, chiefly for its snack-food production.
Most operational jobs are in manufacturing and supply chain: production and process operators on snack-food lines, warehouse and distribution roles, and transport. A field sales and merchandising team services supermarkets and convenience outlets, managing orders and in-store displays.
Office-based roles cover sales and category management, marketing and brand management, finance, supply-chain planning, engineering and maintenance, technology, and people functions. PepsiCo runs graduate and early-career programs across these areas. Applications are handled through the PepsiCo careers site; CareerTrees links through to those official listings.
