Liquorland is an Australian convenience liquor retailer owned by Coles Group, operating around 900 bottle shops nationwide, often located near Coles supermarkets. It is part of Coles' liquor arm — which also includes the First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars brands — and sells beer, wine, and spirits both in store and through online order and delivery.
Most jobs are in stores and are commonly casual or part-time under the General Retail Industry Award: retail assistants who serve customers, give product advice, operate point-of-sale, and manage stock and online orders, with responsible-service-of-alcohol obligations. Store leadership runs from 2ICs to store managers.
