Boost Juice is an Australian chain selling fruit smoothies and juices, founded in Adelaide in 2000 by Janine Allis. It is the flagship brand of Retail Zoo, which also owns Betty's Burgers and Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill, and operates through franchising, with several hundred Boost Juice stores across shopping centres, high streets, and transport hubs in every state and territory.

Because Boost Juice is franchised, most jobs are at store level and are advertised by the franchisee that runs each store. Frontline team-member roles cover making drinks, serving, and point-of-sale, and are commonly casual or part-time under the Fast Food Industry Award — frequently a first job for students — stepping up to shift supervisor and store manager.

Retail Zoo also hires at its Melbourne support office and in the field for operations and franchise support, marketing, product development, supply chain, property, technology, and people functions across its brands. Applications are handled directly through Boost Juice and its franchisees; CareerTrees links through to those official listings.
