Bernardi Group is a family-owned supermarket business that has served regional New South Wales since 1969. It runs large-format independent supermarkets across the Central West and Riverina — including Bathurst, Blayney, Forbes, West Wyalong, and Wagga Wagga — alongside Discount Dave's, a discount variety store at Parkes.
The group employs more than 500 people across its stores. Roles span checkout and customer service, grocery and produce, food service (its "Ten Tops" counters), store management, and cleaning and maintenance. Most positions are based in-store in the towns the group serves rather than in a central head office, and the business hires across junior and senior levels.
