BCF — short for Boating, Camping, Fishing — is an Australian outdoor-leisure retailer selling boating gear, camping and 4WD equipment, fishing tackle, and apparel. Launched in 2005, it is part of the ASX-listed Super Retail Group (ASX: SUL) and runs around 140 stores across Australia, supported by a large online business and an active customer club.
Most jobs are in stores: retail sales assistants with knowledge of fishing, camping, or boating, customer service and point-of-sale, and stock and click-and-collect roles. Store leadership runs from 2ICs and assistant managers to store managers.
Behind the stores sit Super Retail Group's distribution centres — with warehouse and logistics roles — and the group's Brisbane support office, providing merchandise and buying, e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and corporate functions. Store roles are generally covered by the General Retail Industry Award and the group's enterprise agreement.
