The company builds collaboration software — Jira for issue tracking, Confluence for documentation, Bitbucket for source control, and Trello for boards — used by software, IT, marketing, and operations teams across more than 250,000 organisations.
Its Australian engineering presence remains concentrated in Sydney, with additional Sydney-based teams in design, product management, customer support, and corporate functions. Atlassian also operates a substantial Melbourne office. The company publishes a remote-first work policy, called "Team Anywhere," that lets most roles work from any location in a country where Atlassian has a legal entity.
Atlassian is dual-listed on the NASDAQ (TEAM) and reports annual revenue exceeding US$4 billion. Open roles in Australia span software engineering, design, product management, support engineering, marketing, finance, and legal.
