<p>As a Business Development Manager for Youfoodz, you'll be a key driver in expanding our market presence in Western Australia. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on delivering sales revenue across key retail channels like P&C, Independent Grocery, Health, and non-traditional retail. You'll be the one strengthening our bonds with existing customers while strategically identifying and onboarding exciting new business opportunities.</p>
<p>This role is based in Perth South, WA and reports to the National Field Sales Manager.</p>
<p><strong>You will…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution targets within your territory.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly performance metrics including distribution, New Product Development (NPD) penetration, and in-store visibility.</li>
<li>Develop and implement campaigns and promotions with key Major Store Operator (MSO) customers, aligning activity with internal priorities and customer strategies.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities of scale.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of plans.</li>
<li>Champion Youfoodz brand values and cultural consistency across all customer touchpoints.</li>
<li>Analyse performance results and market insights to continuously refine territory strategies.</li>
<li>Contribute innovative, creative growth ideas that challenge the status quo.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You have…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG business development.</li>
<li>A proven track record of successfully developing, pitching, and winning new business.</li>
<li>A current Australian driver’s licence.</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).</li>
