We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Major Client Group (MCG) — a role where your leadership, credit expertise and client focus will directly influence some of the bank’s most complex and high-value relationships.

At CommBank’s Major Client Group, we partner with Australia’s largest and most sophisticated businesses — typically with $150m+ turnover and $50m+ in lending exposure.

You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Partner with senior stakeholders and product specialists to support complex, high-value transactions
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
- Embed a strong risk and compliance mindset, ensuring best practice outcomes
- Champion customer experience and NPS, delivering responsive and high-quality service
