As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be driving technology strategy and leading engineers that report to you. You’ll play an important role in steering the organisation by providing expert advice relating to technology, solution design and architecture, people leadership and hiring. You will bring a blend of people management and technical expertise and will be responsible for shaping the platform by contributing to the technology strategy, drafting quarterly crew memos, prioritising backlog, defining delivery roadmaps, and deciding which problems to invest in solving.
