This is your opportunity to lead cutting-edge network design and capacity planning, using data, technology and commercial insight to influence major investment decisions.
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, forward-thinking Supply Chain Development team that values curiosity, practical problem-solving and shared success.
What’s involved
- Shape the long-term design of our distribution network—determining the right locations, capacity and flow paths to support growth
- Lead advanced modelling and scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs across cost, service, resilience and scalability
- Turn forecasts and data into clear, actionable insights that guide big-picture strategy and investment
- Get ahead of capacity challenges, identifying constraints early and exploring solutions before they impact operations
- Drive improvements in flow efficiency, helping reduce complexity and unlock productivity across our network
- Build strong, evidence-based business cases for new sites, expansions, automation and optimisation initiatives
- Partner with teams across operations, transport, property, finance and technology to ensure alignment and delivery
- Work with external partners and industry experts to bring innovative ideas and solutions into the business
- Lead and grow a team of analytical professionals, fostering capability, collaboration and commercial thinking
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges and turning them into clear, practical solutions. You bring a balance of analytical depth and real-world thinking, and you know how to bring others along on the journey.
Whether you’re simplifying complex data for senior leaders or guiding your team through ambiguity, you stay focused on outcomes that make a difference.
You’ll be joining a team that values shared ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement where ideas are welcomed, and everyone plays a part in delivering for our customers and each other.
You’ll need:
- Senior level proven experience in supply chain strategy, network design or capacity planning within a large-scale environment
- Strong analytical capability, with experience building or interpreting complex network models and data sets
- Demonstrated expertise in distribution networks, including facility location, flow optimisation and throughput improvement
- Commercial acumen and experience developing business cases for major investments
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience leading and developing teams in analytical or strategic functions
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies (e.g. WMS, TMS, network planning tools) and automation concepts
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent field
- Post graduate qualifications or certifications in network design, supply chain planning or operations research methodologies is highly regarded
