About the role:
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their D.I.Y dream a reality.
Our Reds in Utes Team Members play an important part in upholding our best service promise to our customers. Reds in Utes are responsible for delivering our customers' orders right to their door in a timely and accurate manner. A small Bunnings truck will be used, so you will need to be confident in driving, and hold a valid, current full drivers licence.
This is a Full Time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on Weekdays and Weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.
What’s involved:
As this is a Customer Service Team Member hybrid position, you will also be expected to:
Have a Current Drivers Licence and the confidence to drive a small Bunnings truck to fulfill customer deliveries
Pick and pack orders for instore, online and trade customers in an efficient and timely manner
Work collaboratively as part of the wider Order Management team to provide a wide range of customer service and deliveries
To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers in store
Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for team members to join our growing Order Management team who are responsible for supporting our Online, Click and Collect and Click and Deliver customer orders.
Seeking those who can think on their feet, are organised but adaptive, and can provide friendly customer service right to our customers front door.
We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. The path within Bunnings is yours to build - you could become the next future leader, product expert or trade specialist in-store, and we are committed to giving you the skills and showing you the ropes throughout your journey.
You’ll need:
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
Current valid Drivers Licence in order to fulfill customer deliveries
Strong understanding of MS Office and Computer based Order Management systems
Highly organised and an ability to work autonomously
The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
