The Opportunity
Our Australian Steel Markets business is looking for a Shift Supervisor in our Supply Chain Team based in Forrestfield, WA.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide and empower our logistics and processing teams. This opportunity is perfect for a leader who does more than just supervise; you will be the driving force behind team cohesiveness, ensuring your team is aligned, motivated, supported and performing. You’ll lead by example ensuring our products are delivered on time for our customers and your safety and that of the team are never compromised.
Enjoy a rotating day/afternoon shift (day shift 5.15am – 2pm & afternoon shift 1.15pm – 10pm). We offer an attractive salary package plus overtime and an annual profit-share program (bonus). What Will You Do?
Leading our warehouse team members, you will be:
- leading and supervising our logistics and operations area including warehousing, machine operation and maintenance
- support and lead daily operations, ensuring the team have the guidance and direction needed to meet workload demands
- promoting a customer focused culture underpinned with processing accuracy and quality
- identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
- ensuring safety standards are continuously upheld, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
- growing and mentoring your team for their continued development and success

- experience working within an operations, warehousing or logistics environment
